There are TWO sexes. Ish. Currently there seem to be nearly sixty different fluidities of gender identification, (gender being the social construct of sex), and that’s fine by me. It’s your life. Live it the way you choose. BUT…in a DNA screen you are going to come up as one or the other.
There are people with genetic issues that may blur lines, (scenaria that occur more often, BTW, than red hair), but, in the spectrometer they too are going to come up as one or the other. Changes in a person’s psyche and physiology based in the way hormones were dealt with in utero give us such things as “gender ambiguity disorder”, classical hermaphrodites and differences all along the line. You may have some or all of a given sex’s “bits” and genetically BE the other sex. And vice-versa. Chemically within the brain, those hormones may have been at work creating one brain while creating another body.

What does this mean? The same thing as everything else means. You are endowed by your Creator with certain inalienable rights. The rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. You’ve no MORE rights than I. You’ve no fewer. Now get up and go to work.
